What is the best way to store my greens?
Use large containers to give the greens space, a dry paper towel above and below, and of course refrigerate. Greens need to be kept in moist air, so glass or plastic containers works well. Paper towels will absorb any excess moisture, to prevent sliminess from happening. Replace paper towels if they are too damp in a few days.
How do I dispose of the bio bags that the produce comes in? Do you compost?
Bio bags can be reused. They can be placed in green bins for yard waste. They can be buried in the ground and will decompose over the year. We do currently compost in our backyards, but we’re not quite ready to start accepting compost! Stay tuned for updates.
Is your produce organic?
We are not organic certified. We consider ourselves veganic, which we believe are even higher standards than organic. For more information, read about our growing practices here.
Can I visit the farms?
We will host occasional farm tours. Follow us on social media for updates!
