A leafy lettuce mix of Gabriella Red and a Bistro Blend of oakleaf and butterhead lettuce. This is a living lettuce with roots in a paper cup of water! Can be left on the kitchen counter for several days or refrigerated for weeks. The root cubes and paper cup are all compostable and best added to a green recycling bin.
