Used as a sleep aid and to prevent chronic inflammation, mugwort is typically made into tea. It can be quite bitter when used for tea, which is why only 1-2 leaves should be used per cup of hot water. Alternatively, one bundle of mugwort can be steeped in 4 cups of boiling water, which can be used as a concentrate. Keep this in a bottle refrigerated, and drink 1-2 oz in a shotglass before bedtime. We find this not only helps with sleep, but makes it easier to breathe through the nose (especially if allergy related).
